Processing times for orders are 1-5 days. Shipping times vary by the chosen shipping service and carrier.

 

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Refunds

If an item breaks during shipment, we allow refunds within 14 days of the shipment being marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item, to receive a full refund, the item will need to be mailed back to OMB at the customer’s expense. We do not accept returns, in person, at the brewery.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges of product so long as it is still available and in stock. To exchange an item, bring the item with you to the brewery, or mail it back to OMB at the customer’s expense.
