Course One: Crab with Corn Tagliatelle

Brown butter snow crab, corn beurre monte, Espelette, bottarga breadcrumbs

Course Two: Asparagus Tarte Tartin 

Caramelized shallot, Taleggio, poached quail egg, hollandaise espuma, ricotta salata

Pairs with: Captain Jack Pilsner

Course Three: Pastrami Beef Rib with Chantarelles

Sorghum carrots, green romesco, pickled mustard seed

Pairs with: Skipper Black Lager

Course Four: Beesting Cake with Swiss Meringue 

Swiss meringue buttercream, elderflower honey gel, almond tuile
